The analysis of the accelerators export in first half of 2019

It has been reported recently：Affected by the global economy and demand, as well as the tariff imposed by the United States on China, the share of export of rubber accelerators in China from January to June 2019 exceeded 60%, but the export volume declined compared with the same period last year. Different situation: The export of accelerators to South Korea increased significantly; Affected by the tariff imposed by the United States on China, the exports of accelerators to the United States declined significantly.

China exports more than 60% of its accelerator output

The share of exports in the first half of 2019 exceeded that in the same period from 2014 to 2016, but was lower than that in 2017-2018.   

From 2014 to 2018, the proportion of China's export of accelerators was more than 50%, and more than 60% in the past two years especially.

China's accelerators output in 2014-2018 (tons) : 374,700 tons in 2014, 339,300 tons in 2015, 331,000 tons in 2016, 333,000 tons in 2017 and 357,000 tons in 2018.

More than half of China's exports go to South Korea, United States, Thailand and Japan

The following list show the situation of China's top 7 export destination countries in the first half of 2019, among which the top 4 export destination countries: Korea, United States, Thailand and Japan accounted for 50.9% of the total export volume.

-Exports to South Korea reached 21,500 tons, accounting for 18%, year-on-year growth of 138%

-Exports to United States reached 14,800 tons, accounting for 12.4%, down by 9.5% year-on-year.

-Exports to Thailand reached 13,600 tons, accounting for 11.4%.

-Exports to Japan reached 10,900 tons, accounting for 9.1%.

-Exports to India reached 10,600 tons, accounting for 8.9%.

-Exports to Germany reached 5,700 tons, accounting for 4.8%.

-Exports to Indonesia reached 5,700 tons, accounting for 4.8%.
