● Hebi Zhonghao New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. established in February 2019, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hebi UHOO New Materials Co., Ltd. Located in Baoshan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hebi City, the company is a key production base for specialty rubber additives.
● The facility covers 145,000 m², with a planned annual capacity of 45,000 tons. The project is developed in three phases, with Phase I and II operational and Phase III nearing completion.
● Zhonghao operates the Henan Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Key Rubber Additives, supported by an experienced R&D team, 10+ invention patents, and multiple provincial-level technology achievements.
● Phase III applies microchannel reaction technology, co-developed with Tsinghua University, improving process efficiency, automation, and product consistency, while strengthening upstream integration across the industrial chain.
● Equipped with 7 advanced safety and control systems, including DCS and SIS, combined with AI-based analysis technology to support automated production and intelligent plant management.
