Liu Ning, Secretary of the Henan Provincial Party Committee, Visits Yuanhao Chemical for Research and Guidance

On December 20, 2025, Liu Ning, Secretary of the Henan Provincial Party Committee, and his delegation visited Hebi Yuanhao Chemical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Yuanhao New Materials, to conduct research and provide guidance. Zhang Yan, General Manager of Yuanhao New Materials, accompanied the delegation throughout the visit and delivered a work report.

During the research visit, Secretary Liu Ning first listened attentively in the office building lobby to General Manager Zhang Yan’s briefing on the company’s overall development. He gained a detailed understanding of the enterprise’s progress and achievements in areas such as industrial-chain deployment in the rubber additives sector, R&D and innovation, establishment of a safety-production management system, and green, low-carbon transformation. Subsequently, Secretary Liu Ning proceeded to the central control room to conduct an on-site inspection of the operation of the “Industrial Internet + Hazardous Chemical Safety Production” platform, engaging in in-depth discussions and providing guidance on the practical application and effectiveness of digital tools—including intelligent early warning, dynamic risk monitoring, and stringent control—in enhancing the efficiency of safety management. Finally, Secretary Liu Ning visited the company’s product exhibition hall, carefully examining series of products such as rubber accelerators, anti-aging agents, vulcanizing agents, and activators, with particular focus on their performance advantages, technical features, and market prospects. He commended the company’s ongoing efforts to optimize its product mix and drive industrial upgrading.

Secretary Liu Ning fully endorsed the development of Yuanhao New Materials and issued important instructions for the next phase of work. He emphasized: “We must firmly establish the concept of safe development, comprehensively implement enterprises’ primary responsibility for workplace safety, accelerate the establishment of a dual-prevention mechanism in enterprises handling hazardous chemicals, strengthen technology-driven empowerment and digital supervision, conduct thorough inspections and rectification of safety hazards, and advance workplace safety management toward standardization, scientific rigor, and modernization, thereby continuously enhancing the inherent safety level of enterprises. At the same time, we must stay focused on the ‘dual carbon’ goals, actively promote the upgrading and transformation of green and low-carbon technologies, processes, and equipment, improve refined control throughout the entire production process, increase the supply of environmentally friendly and green products, and expedite the transformation and upgrading of enterprises toward greener, higher-end, and smarter operations.”
