Primarily used in natural rubber latex and neoprene latex; it can also be utilized as a heat stabilizer for emulsion polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Employed as an antioxidant for natural rubber and synthetic rubber.
Serves as an intermediate in the pharmaceutical and dye industries for the production of indigo, methyl indigo, sulfur dyes, as well as flotation agents and acid inhibitors.
Easy dispersed. no discoloration. and a low tendency to bloom.
The critical vulcanization temperature is 80°,with higher activity exhibited at temperatures above 100℃. Care should be taken during mixing to avoid premature vulcanization.
Exhibits excellent tensile strength and flex cracking resistance.
When used as a heat stabilizer for emulsion PVC, it is particularly suitable for flexible products and does not cause discoloration of the plastic article. However, it can not prevent discoloration of the product caused by light exposure. It should not be combined with lead or cadmium stabilizers, as this will lead to product discoloration.
Usage level: 0.2-1 phr.
Purpose
Natural rubber latex, neoprene latex, and natural rubber cement, vulcanization bladders, curing bags, tire repair gum, wire and cables, industrial goods, rubber footwear, etc.
